My horror lip filler story

It doesn’t get much worse then this!  I hate to post these photos but I thought I would show these just to make sure this doesn’t happen to you!

So a while back while I was in Vegas, a  doctor  offered me free lip injections. Yes I was young and stupid and everything went terribly wrong! No these are not photoshopped, these are my real lips! The first day I was completly fine  but after I went  to sleep and woke up, I had the gigantic lips . Not only were they huge , but they were extremely sore.  It literally felt like they were going to burst. I feel so lucky that they went down, and did not stay that size. I still until this day don’t know what was injected into my lips. Is it a bad product or could this just be a allergic reaction?!

Anyway this was years ago and I have tried many products since and not had an issue. I now use “Juvederm Ultra Plus” for my lips on the regular but I also have had a wonderful product called “Bellafill” injected a few years ago, that is supposed to last for up to five years. For those asking about how much volume I have in my lips, I have no idea.  I have had them done over 50 times, so I am really not sure XD. But please make sure you don’t take any freebies and make sure you are going to a reputable source.

Barcelona

Barcelona was amazing. I decided to rent a car and drive out to Girona for a few days to visit Santi Serra Camps and I learned a few of his tips about training horses. I even got the opportunity to ride one of his five year old, Friesian geldings.  To my surprise Santi had a few other amazing animals to play with like an eagle and some baby hawks! The last few days were to be spent back in Barcelona and I chose the “Melia Hotel” which was a really impressive hotel . The view from my room was extraordinary and the buffet was extensive . Inside of the hotel lives  a Michelin star restaurant called “Dos Cielos” which was really amazing, the presentation of the food was very unexpecting and the food was delicious.

Five hours in Vienna

Most people would say a missed flight is really shitty and at first I thought so myself. Yes I admit , I  missed my flight from Santorini to Barcelona and the next flight I booked had a five hour layover in Vienna. It then occurred to me that this is where The Spanish Riding School was located . One of the places I had dreamed of visiting, so the missed flight was a blessing in disguise! And the riding school was picture perfect.
